The course aims to give doctoral students the opportunity to reflect on, explore and immerse themselves in public law and the challenges that methodologically arise from the changing law that our contemporary society expresses today.This 7.5 ECTS-credit course for doctoral students in law focuses on public law but is not restricted to doctoral students specialising in public law subjects.
